Each of our candidates are given a consultation appointment to meet with their consultant, talk them through their career path to date and determine their preferred career progression strategy. This means we have first hand knowledge of all our candidates and thus enables us to sell their key personality features as well as experience and skills.

We treat candidates as individuals, we get to know you, harness your experience and nurture your potential. The registration procedure is essential to get this process off the ground, not only from the point of view of having pre-screened candidates for our clients but also in order to effectively represent you to your potential employers.

The Registration Procedure

  • Your CV is received, and forwarded to the relevant consultant 
  • You will receive confirmation of receipt of your CV by the end of the next working day. Following this, usually within one week, a member of the BRS team will call you to set up a registration interview at your convenience. 
  • The registration interview will take from 30 to 60 minutes. You will firstly be asked to complete a basic registration form. Then your consultant will conduct an informal but in depth interview based around your CV
  • Once registered your details are entered on to our database and you are profiled according to the information you have provided about your past employment experience, qualifications and aspirations.

We endeavour to keep you up to date with all opportunities that may be relevant to you, however we always advise that candidates should take a certain level of pro active responsibility for their job search and by simply logging on once a week to our website, where all of our current positions are advertised – just to make sure!
