  • Bell Recruitment will never send out your CV without your express permission
  • In order to represent you, you must attend a registration interview. Following this interview we will contact you by telephone or email within one week. Thereafter we will keep in contact with you on a monthly basis in addition to as and when opportunities of interest to you arise
  • We recommend that in order to ensure you are aware of all opportunities available that you keep a weekly check on all jobs posted on the Bell NI website
  • We will represent you in a fair, positive and proactive way
  • We will provide you with fair and impartial advice in order to best serve you in your career decisions
  • We will provide you with honest and constructive feedback on CV’s, registration and client interviews
  • Our consultants endeavour to take every call from registered candidates. When unavailable we endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours
  • Bell recruitment will negotiate on your behalf to provide the best package and solution when offer stage is reached
  • We will endeavour to accommodate your schedule

In return, we ask you to be fair and honest with us, keep our client information confidential, inform us of any changes in your situation, attend meetings and interviews as agreed and return our calls and emails as efficiently as you can. We provide an answering machine out of hours and mobile numbers where an urgent response is necessary
